Are Huracán prices going up? US sales are too thin to say

Are Huracán prices going up? Sellers like to talk about appreciating Huracáns, especially the STO and Performante, and anyone checking a used Huracán price will hear the pitch.
Here's the honest answer from US sales: no version of the Huracán has enough recent sales for us to set a price, let alone call a trend. Some individual sales were high. That's not the same as a market going up.
Figures are US sales in US dollars from our Lamborghini Huracán Buyer's Report, priced as of October 16, 2026. Sources are named at the end.
Why can't any Huracán version be priced yet?
The Huracán ran in the US from MY2015 to MY2024 in many versions: LP610-4 coupe and Spyder, rear-drive LP580-2, Performante, EVO (AWD, RWD and Spyder), STO, Tecnica and Sterrato. Every one uses the 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and the 5.2 V10.
Each version sells at very different prices, so our Huracán report prices each one separately. To set a target, a version needs at least 7 US sales in 24 months and 3 in the last 12. Not one version meets both. Across all of them there are 37 US sales in 24 months, spread over ten versions.
Here's how they break down, as of October 16, 2026 (US sales in US dollars):
| Version | Sales (24 mo) | 2026 sales |
|---|---|---|
| LP610-4 coupe | 3 | none |
| LP610-4 Spyder | 2 | $223,000, $241,500 |
| LP580-2 (RWD) | 2 | $210,000 |
| Performante | 5 | $294,000–$373,000 |
| EVO coupe (AWD) | 2 | $200,000, $299,000 |
| EVO RWD coupe | 3 | $263,000, $279,000, $279,000 |
| EVO Spyder | 4 | $335,000 |
| STO | 7 | $485,000 |
| Tecnica | 2 | none |
| Sterrato | 7 | $275,000, $335,000 |
Are Huracán STO prices rising?
The STO is the car most often pitched as appreciating. It had 7 US sales in 24 months, but only 2 in the last 12.
Three very low-mile STOs sold between November 2024 and May 2025 for $347,200 to $355,000. The one 2026 sale, a 954-mile car, brought $485,000. Other STO sales in 2025 included $292,500, $295,000 at 7,000 miles, and $357,000 at 5,000 miles.
So one car brought far more than the rest. The report's read: one car is not yet a new price. If a seller points to that $485,000 sale as proof of where STOs are going, ask how many other STOs sold at that level. In our data, none did.
What is a Huracán Sterrato worth?
The Sterrato also has 7 sales in 24 months. Four of the five early-2025 sales were $291,000 to $308,000; the $375,000 car is the outlier. The two 2026 sales, $275,000 and $335,000, bracket that cluster. The report treats about $300,000 as the reference for a low-mile car.
That's not a rising market. It's a flat one with some spread. Lamborghini planned 1,499 Sterratos.
Did Performante prices go up?
The Performante had two 2025 sales at $259,000 and $270,000, then three in 2026 at $294,000 to $373,000. The $373,000 car had 3,600 miles. The report's advice is to read the 2026 sales, not the 2025 ones.
That's the closest thing to an upward move in the data. But it's five sales. The 2026 cars had 3,600 to 16,000 miles; the 2025 cars had 8,000 and 18,000. One more Performante sale was left out because it was modified (twin-turbo).
What about the early LP610-4?
The LP610-4 coupe had no US sales in the last 12 months. Its three earlier sales were $215,000 at 8,300 miles, $230,000 at 9,193 miles and $155,000 at 39,900 miles, all in 2025. With no recent sales, there's no current price to compare.
What this means for a used Huracán buyer
When a seller says Huracán prices are going up, treat it as a sales line. The data can't support it for any single version. What it can do is give you individual comparable sales. Use those:
- Find the sales for the exact version you're looking at.
- Match mileage and model year as closely as you can.
- Ignore the single highest sale unless others confirm it.
The model page has free charts of sold prices by date so you can see the spread yourself. Pricing on thin comps comes up with other exotics too; our McLaren 570S inspection guide shows how to build an offer when sales are scarce.
Huracán recalls to check
NHTSA lists several Huracán recalls. The one that matters most for price:
- 22V220000 (2020–2022 EVO, 2022 STO): the gearbox may have too little transmission oil, risking clutch slip and oil leaks. If it's open, the dealer does it free. Make the seller book it before you pay.
Others: 21V466000 (2018–2021, rear camera in cold weather), 22V081000 (2015–2020, headlight adjustment caps), 23V826000 (2015–2024, headlight aim), 22V422000 (2022 EVO and STO door handle) and 24V219000 (2024 high beams). Get a dealer printout for the VIN.
Can a used Huracán get a factory warranty?
Lamborghini Selezione Certified Pre-Owned and the Warranty Extension require a car no more than 10 years from first warranty start and under 43,500 miles, with every scheduled service done, and a pass on a 150-point check. The warranty runs 12 to 24 months. In 2026, that can include Huracáns first delivered after about October 2016.
A car with service gaps can't qualify. Price it as having no warranty route. Older Gallardos are past the limit entirely; see our manual Gallardo guide.
Huracán inspection and running costs
- Service book: Lamborghini Dallas lists oil and inspection every year or 9,000 miles; coolant, spark plugs, V-belt and tensioner at 2 years or 18,000 miles; gearbox oil at 3 years or 27,000 miles.
- Gearbox: check the fault memory, shift quality hot and cold, and oil leaks.
- Performante and STO: check the carbon panels, aero parts and brakes for track damage, per Sports Car Market. Ask for brake, tire and carbon-part records.
- Tires: a rear Pirelli P Zero PZ4 is $584.40 at Performance Plus Tire, $1,168.80 a pair before fitting. Check tread and date codes.
- Pre-purchase inspection: $649 for the Huracán at Vehicle Inspectors, or $399 flat at Houston PPI.
Run NMVTIS, NICB VINCheck and a history report. None of the 80 comparable US sales since 2020 behind the report disclosed an accident or stated a clean history.
Frequently asked questions
Are Lamborghini Huracán prices going up?
Not on the data we have. No version has enough recent US sales to set a price or call a trend.
Why did one STO sell for $485,000?
It was a 954-mile car and the only STO sold in 2026. One sale isn't a new price, and no other STO in our data sold at that level.
Can a used Huracán still get a factory warranty?
Possibly. Selezione requires no more than 10 years from first warranty start, under 43,500 miles and every scheduled service done. In 2026 that can include cars first delivered after about October 2016.
The bottom line
On clean US sales, there's no Huracán version with enough data to call a trend. The STO's $485,000 sale is one car. The Sterrato is flat around $300,000. The Performante's 2026 sales are higher, on five sales total. Buy the car on its own comparable sales, its service book and its inspection, not on a promise that it will go up.
